If there is a specific engine you believe your customers gravitate towards, let us know and we can make sure we are doing optimization for that specifically. The great news is, for the most part, what helps optimize in one search engine helps in all. SEO really is about providing quality content that can be understood well by search engines.

Our Package is divided into two parts. There is the initial optimization, and then the ongoing optimization.

Initial Optimization

The initial optimization consists of the following things:

• Initial meeting to review your goals as a business and the best steps to meet those goals. We also gain access to any systems we need at this point.
• Comprehensive audit of your website and Google Business Profile. A report will be delivered to you once the audit is complete.
• Second meeting to go over the audit and discuss the next steps for your assets.
• Comprehensive optimization of your assets to set you on the right path to peak performance.
• Initial citation workup to make sure you are listed in the online directories that you should be.

Ongoing Optimization

SEO is a process. You are investing in a long-term strategy for long-term gains. That is why we do not just “set it and forget it”, but are constantly implementing adjustments to your website. Here’s what’s included monthly:

• A monthly report detailing your progress in the search engines and local rankings. Our main KPI is clicks onto the website. We also track rankings and impressions, though those can tell more about the general health of your site than any specific wins. Clicks are the goal, so that is what we track.
• Optimizations as needed determined by our team. If something seems helpful for your SEO or needs to be fixed, we will complete that work for you as part of the package.
• Limited number of website edits requested by you. We cannot always make every change, but we try to accomodate as much as possible. Emergency edits (like errors or new legal verbiage) are unlimited.
• Outreach for 1-2 high-quality backlinks a month. We complete the outreach monthly but it is ultimately up to the other site when they get posted.
• 2 blog posts optimized for SEO. We encourage you to write these, as you are the ones speaking with your customers daily. We can send you some topic ideas, and optimize them for SEO once they are written. We do offer to write them as well, though you have less control over the topics in that case.
• 4 posts a month to your Google Business Profile. Again, for more control over what your customers are getting, we encourage you to write these for us to post, but we will also write and post them if desired.
• Relationship management tool to help you gather and manage reviews and replies on your Google Business Profile.
• Additional citations available for an added cost.
